The Christian Education Ministry oversees the various study opportunities of the church i.e. Bible Study and Vacation Bible School. Its newest initiative is the Second Sunday Specials in which various community and health leaders share information on multiple issues during bible study on each second Sunday. The Christian Women's Fellowship (My Sister's Keeper) currently offers various opportunities for fellowship, study and outreach. It generally meets monthly on the 3rd Saturdays at various times and locations. My Sister's Keeper participates in programs that enhance the church's ministries. The DMF ministry meets every 4th Sunday of each month. Every many of New Covenant is a member of DMF and is invited to attend meetings. The meetings consist of breakfast, prayer, bible study and fellowship. The DMF meetings provide a venue for the men to discuss church business, church programs and events. The Outreach Ministry through Bread from Heaven and Room in the Inn assists in providing food, clothing and shelter for persons in need. The ministry not only caters to people in Nashville, but the Seed Harvest program provides seeds for countries in Africa. The NCCC Usher Ministry has two ushers in place every Sunday. Ushers participate in special programs such as Homecoming, Revival, and funerals to name a few.

The Young Adult Ministry includes a mixture of women and men from the ages of 18 to 38. The ministry participates in local and regional retreats. The ministry meets on the 4th Sundays after church. The 4th Sundays are also the Young Adult Sundays where they are the leaders of worship. The Youth Ministry (Christian Youth Fellowship) consists of members ages 11-18. The ministry participates in local and regional retreats. As a member of the youth ministry, you will be involved in every aspect of the ministry and worship service. The youth ministry will lead worship service on the 3rd Sunday every month.
